Housed at Reza Abbasi Museum in Tehran, the image is by me. The necklace is made of gold, silk, emerald, and turquoise. According to the museum label, it dates back to early Parthian Empire (2nd century BC) and was discovered inside a box, which explains its remarkable state of preservation. It is considered one of the best-preserved necklaces from ancient times.
