This carved stone was found in Dhamar, Yemen, and is attributed to the Sabaean civilisation in Yemen (ca. 9th century BCE – 3rd century CE). The artefact features a distinct South Arabian bull carving, a common symbol in Sabaic art tied to strength and fertility, alongside an intriguing depiction of a human figure with stylistic traits reminiscent of Greco-Roman influence.

Did South Arabian have the ability to replicate greco-roman art? so many questions.
