      The inscription reads:

      (Latin) To the spirits of the departed (and to) Regina, his freedwoman and wife, a Catuvellaunian by tribe, aged 30, Barates of Palmyra (set this up)

      (Aramaic) Regina, the freedwoman of Barates, alas.
