Sure, they didn’t have corporate sponsors, but they did have a lot of help from France. I mean, I agree with the sentiment here, but ignoring historical facts and context is what the bad guys do. Don’t be like them.
They also didn’t just resist and fight for a couple hours in the weekend.

The essence of libertarianism is individual freedom.
The essence of conservatism is the preservation of hierarchies.
“Conservative libertarian” is an oxymoron.
This is historically and factually incorrect. They were using tax lawyers for decades to skim money to fund the revolution.
Of course the irony being, MAGA “thinks”, as much as they’re capable of thinking anyway, that THEY are the colonists right now. They THINK they are fighting for America. Even as the idea of “America” and the values that last generations fought to acquire and defend crumbles around them wrapped in a star spangled veneer.
That’s the greatest trick conservative media has pulled on its viewers/listeners. They have been brainwashed to believe that the very people that are trying their best to help them, are hurting them because the democrats also try to help other types of people.
That and racism. There’s a lot of racism, homophobia, religious zealotry, and blatant stupidity. Oh and also self-hate, the more a conservative man hates gays or trans people or calls other people cuckold, the more likely it is that they’ve searched it out on porn hub.
Ya know, I’m starting to think that MAYBE, conservative media may only be part of the problem, but the real problem is, there’s a lot of assholes in the world, and a lot of them tend to be conservatives.
