We need to rebrand “gun control” as firearm ownership reform… or something similar. The word is an instant no-go for so many.
True story: Have an extremely conservative family member who is a Republican delegate and discussions years ago completely denied global warming 1000%, but I asked if they believed in climate change caused by humans seconds later and they said yes.
The term gun control is toxic in any agreement/discussion with people set in their ways
