The crackers are in an uproar.
It’s as if they went into their houses and took away their whips and confederate flag. They robbed them of their nazi flag and their klan outfits. Left them an empty shelf where their Bible and copy of mein kampf stood together. “They took this from you.”

Trying to see what is “wrong” or even “woke” about the new logo. Just seems like they got rid of the man and barrel and changed the font.

“THEY” have not taken anything from me. I have been to Cracker Barrel once a few years ago, but they were nothing great and not worth going to Round Rock from P’Ville just for breakfast.
Then boycott it. But mostly because it’s disgusting.
Can someone explain to me what is the outrage over this particular company? Why the hate for changing the logo? Was it because there was a person in it?
I seem to remember reading that business was down at Cracker Barrel, that their Down Home Country theme was losing popularity. If it was still working they would not be looking at a rebrand.
The funniest part about this is the rage directed at democrats and liberals.
This is because private equity firms purchased Cracker Barrel and are minimalising it to be more mainstream. Wealthy capitalists are taking this property and trying to make a quick buck off it, which is why they’re reducing/removing much of the gift shop area and are reportedly planning changes to the menu to give it more mainstream appeal.
This is entirely the fault of capitalism. But they won’t say that.
