“Yurac Rumi” isn’t Spanish. Maybe Quechua?
Those tabs remind me of the kind you see on undressed stones in Roman architecture(and old kingdom Egypt AFAIK), where they ~~are~~ used them to lever and lift the stones.
In this case, the size of that cliff makes it unlikely that’s their intended purpose in my humble non-pyramid/non-aqueduct builder opinion(lol).
