This guy turns slowly towards you and says something cool about the deep and obscure lore, then he pulls a sword out of his shadowy face-hole and his health bar appears

The Mouth of Sauron was one of Sauron’s most devoted servants, serving as his emissary and possibly as Questioner. He was Lieutenant of the Tower of Barad-dûr during the War of the Ring. His original name was lost to history, forgotten even by himself. He was described as an evil man of tall stature, clad in black robes and a black, lofty helm.

I’ve visited that church last year. It’s wild – it’s a huge showcase with many more reliquaries, including the vocal tract, the scalp, the hair, a little finger and clothes of the same saint, a finger of St Laurentius, a vial of blood of St Felix, three thorns of Jesus’ crown, splinters of the cross Jesus was crucified with, and so on.
