I found this walking in mountainous area in Italy known for prehistoric (and later) activity. Seems to be a phallus shaped from the local basalt. Photo does not adequately show the numerous tiny dots hammerered throughout as decoration. Comparanda suggest prehistoric (mesolithic, neolithic?). I turned it into the civic musem of the area.
