Felix gem intaglio. A prophesy revealed that the Greeks could only capture Troy if the Palladion statue of Athena was in their procession. Diomedes, right, holds the statue but in order to claim it, he killed the temple guard, whose feet are visible on the ground. This angers the gods [1728×816]

Inscribed onto the altar beneath Diomedes is the phrase ‘Felix made this’, giving us the name of the gem cutter. circa AD 1-50 from Rome, Italy
That’s elite quality gem cutting.
Is this image reversed? Or are we seeing it from the wrong side? Coz Felix is backwards
