Some of the 46 bronze geese discovered in a single pit at the mausoleum of the 1st Emperor of China (221–206 BCE). The pit also yielded 15 terracotta figures, likely representing musicians, who together with the birds recreated a scene of leisure and entertainment in the imperial garden [1080×1980]
