Hey! I just wanted to share some of my successes.


    ● 30 days with ZERO social media!
    – No TikTok. No Instagram. No YouTube.
    I only used messaging apps and a bit of reddit to stay in touch, and suddenly I had so much more mental space.

    The first few days felt strange (my fingers kept instinctively reaching for apps that weren't there), but then… clarity!
    I started sleeping better. I stopped doomscrolling

    My anxiety levels dropped. My energy returned.


    ● I lost 8 kg in 90 days!

    • Calorie deficit: I ate 500–600 kcal less than my maintenance level per day, mostly by tracking my meals and cutting out mindless snacking.

    • Cardio: I did three to four sessions per week, mostly fasted walks (30–45 minutes) or incline treadmill sessions.

    • Training: I did strength training three times per week to maintain muscle mass and stay motivated.

    • Losing weight wasn't just about looking better, it was about proving to myself that I could actually finish what I started.


    ● I finally held my first handstand !!

    -This has been on my 'someday' list forever.
    I started with wall holds, lots of tipping over and shaky wrists.
    Now I can hold a freestanding handstand for a few seconds, still a little wobbly, but I’m so proud of my progress!


    ● I started learning about art history for fun.
