Previously established habits – Reading 1 hr/day, 3L water/day, 7–8 hrs of sleep/day, brushing twice

I posted here last year in August. I was trying to quit smoking, but I used to give up every now and then when I was stressed. Some of you suggested to read "The Easy Way to Stop Smoking" by Allen Carr, and it helped me tremendously. Now I am 10 months completely smoke-free, and it has improved my breathing. My coughing and throat irritation are totally gone. It also boosted my energy levels. Thanks to you!

I also stopped drinking in November last year. Now I don't feel the cravings for smoking or drinking at all.

I also stopped playing games in November last year. I got mixed reactions from you. Some of you told me to do it in moderation, as I'm losing most of my sources of entertainment. But I think gaming is a complete waste of time, and it also reduces my libido and motivation to do other useful things. So I quit gaming too.

In doing so, I lost a few friends who were my drinking buddies and gaming friends. They just don't hang out with me anymore. So now I feel lonely, and I think I need human connection. At my age (34M), it's really difficult to make new friends just for the sake of friendship.

Today, I decided to quit a few more things like toxic people (🐍), junk food, added sugar, and p*rn (🔞). I also want to cut my mobile screen time to below 3 hours and have picked 4 new habits for increased productivity and peace of mind.

Any feedback or guidance on these matters will be appreciated.
