    1. Those look like artificial nostrils, not a nose. Were they shoved inside their noses?

      An interesting find, given that they don’t appear to be a replacement nose (i.e. due to injury or illness). Maybe a transient or unique decision based on how the individuals died, i.e. to ensure they could breathe?

      I’m not sure if it’s just the lighting, but the eye sockets of the skull on the right are a really weird shape
