      REBT (form of Behavioral Therapy) weekly for about 1.5 years, helped me in unimaginable ways!!

      Things like Box Breathing can help in the moment; but I pretty much have rid of all anxiety attacks… Also, I do still take Xanax when I go on planes, and ONLY for flights and nothing else, regardless (and because) of how good they feel… Having an attack on a flight is absolutely horrid, and I’d rather just avoid the likelihood altogether; but I only take maybe 1-3 trips a year, so 2-6 (round trip) Xanny’s a year is negligible for my short and long term health

      My anxiety is so bad right now that my doctor has my taking 1/2 mg Xanax 3 times a day and 1 mg klonopin at at night and 60 mg er propranolol

      Oh good. Standing in a rapeseed field being watered will cure my ADHD. Does Big Pharma know about this?
