They got the increases down to a science back then. And I like that heal solution, but I’m guessing whatever shoe wouldn’t press on the top of bridge because that seam looks uncomfortable.
The cut at the toes seem to be for wearing them in sandals. Are we sure it’s Egyptian and not German?
