[Discussion] What are some good short term goals you all have set for yourselves? I’ve been in a funk for a while now and my therapist encouraged me to start actively working towards things I want and setting goals.

    1. Start simple and get successes my day went great when i eat 3 meals a day, drink 1.5 liters of water, walk outside for 30 minutes. Study for an hour and do a chore. Thats it tham my day is complete and i am proud of myself. Some days i do lots more. Other days it is hard to even get this thing done. So please start small!!!

    2. Accomplishing 0% per day will add up to 0%

Accomplishing 1% per day will add up to 100%

Good luck op! Don’t overwhelm yourself with everything, that’s what happens to me. One small step a day is all you need to see significant progress ✨️

    3. Great list! I go over my list and break down the bigger ones into smaller ones. For example, I’d list the specific steps to getting certified or working towards a degree so I can do something, no matter how small, to move towards the goal. On days when I’m not motivated, doing something little is better than doing nothing. Bonus: Crossing an item off a list! 😁 Good luck!
