    1. It’s always the excuses for me 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨 I’m tired of not having the will power to make a change

    2. I had a similar quote pinned to my desk in graduate school: “Never give up on a dream because of the time it will take to accomplish it. The time will pass anyway” (often attributed to Earl Nightingale).

This got me through many “I want to quit“ moments.

This reminds me of one of my favorite sayings: Determination is the bridge between goals and accomplishments

What I like in weight loss is having 6 months of progress completely undone by 6 weeks of binging… And then doing it again.

With how the world been going recently, I’m not 100% certain I’ll be alive in 6 months, would that be listed in the progress or regrets section?

    6. Can’t I have, I dunno, maybe 4 months of excuses, a month of progress, and another month of not beating myself up about relaxing and not doing anything?

Stop worrying. Worrying is like worshipping the problem. Take a deep breath. You have the power to change the next 6 months. You’ve got this!

I’ll choose progress but I’m sure I’ll make few excuses along the way… 🤭🤭

I feel like you are very optimistic about the environment people will be in for the next 6 months…

    10. It’s not always going to go in one direction or the other. You are always going to have some progress and some excuses. As long as the progress happens more often than the excuses you should be ok.

In 6 months US elections will have been dissolved and none of this productivity memes will even matter anymore.
