I’m confused about why this ad exists as it does, and why they went this route with it. I’m guessing it’s sort of saying “fit for a king,” but a Sultan eating these is one of the things I never expected to see in a vintage advertisement.
I’m also curious about what the ingredients list was for these at the time – whether it was actually not so much of a junk food thing in 1953.
