You do understand that Zeus and Hercules are just as real as the cartoon characters that Disney uses?

The singing animals in many, many movies are more realistic?

      The mermaid is more realistic?

A woman living platonically with seven men who sing Hi Ho, Hi Ho is more realistic?

It’s Disney. It’s not surprising that they put less thought into the story the ancient Greeks

Zeus was definitely a loving family man. As in he will make love to your whole family before he kills you. Probably your pet as well.

Killed his father and married his sister and had offspring with all the best women, which he would seduce in disguise.

Bruh.. in the intro the muses sing about how they want to suck hercules dick.. in a disney cartoon.. it’s a fucking masterpiece, historical accuracy doesn’t matter.

Zeus is usually portrayed as a serial rapist and Hera as jealous and vindictive

    9. Still a beautiful story.

As an adoptee I felt very deeply about this movie and would get tingles when Hercules went on his mission to find where he belongs.

Super powerful when he finds them and is accepted by them.

King Triton is a good Father figure?

      Ariel had good aspirations?

      Eric is a good guy?

What’s weird is Disney villainized Hades (and popularized it) when the mythological Hades is probably one of the more responsible Greek gods, and his adulterous instances depends on who’s telling the story.

    12. Well, if you really want bullshit, Disney sugarcoating of a horrible true story, watch Pocahontas instead
