    1. If this is happening once a month you should do a little digging as to why, as that’s way too much – allergies? Something environmental? Just saying as I only get badly hit a few times a year mostly when kids school reconvenes after breaks.

    2. I just wear a KN-95 at work now, haven’t had a respiratory infection in six years.

This is an accurate portrayal of how I’m feeling right now.

      Wife says it’s hayfever.
Antihistimines seem to help me sleep, but the past few days has been hellish.

This is not a normal once a month thing my guy, pls get checked, sooner rather than later.

Its funny how men use the phrase “man flu” unironically. It’s literally a joke made by women saying how men with a cold act like its the actual flu.

See man flu is way worst then lady flu. (Don’t tell my wife I said that)

    7. You need to see a doctor if you’re getting sick once a month…

Also, this is exactly how women feel too and they get up and still function so get off your cross.

Healthcare worker and guy here. Proper hand washing is the single best thing you can do to prevent the spread of infection. Other than testing positive for covid(and being asymptomatic), I cannot remember the last time I’ve been sick.

Once a month? Check for mold near your bedroom. You are immuno-compromised and mold can easily do that without you knowing it.

    10. This is like someone posting a meme that says “who else hates having to pull the big turds out with your hands, eh?”

      No motherfucker, that’s just you.

    11. I’m no ultra health freak nor do I exercise regularly nor do I eat healthy nor do I drink enough water. I still only get the cold/flu once every 3 to 5 years. Something ain’t right with you.
