After moving from Los Angeles to Washington, I didn’t realize how much I’d stopped noticing the world around me.

    This spring has reminded me that motivation doesn’t always come from discipline or productivity. Sometimes it comes from something simpler – fresh air, longer daylight, a little warmth, and taking a moment to appreciate what is changing around me.

    Even on days when I don’t feel like doing much, stepping outside for a few minutes has been enough to reset my mood and get moving again.
