Yo, I don’t know what the english word is, but they kinda look like loom bandjes.

      Cool things

    2. “Free” probably means 300€ per bracelet paid from public funds, and they are manufactured by a firm owned by the cousin of an influent party member.

There’s nothing “free” that a government can give.

    3. Lithuania gives first-time voters a copy of the constitution. Hungary gives them a bracelet. You can tell which government wants you to read and which wants you to wear branded merch.

    4. The first time I voted in North Carolina, I had to come back with my mom because the poll worker didn’t think I was old enough

    5. omg i got one of these in my country too! kinda cute they do this for first time voters, makes it feel like a little celebration.

    6. I was a few people back from a guy who was also a first time voter – really pleased they got recognition like that!

Is thay not just a bit useless and a waste of money? As well as just causing an increase in waste. Bracelets that will be thrown into the bin for landfill at the end of the week.
