I still remember when I made a new friend at a market and we’re both nerds so we started playing d&d at a cafe with two others. One time the cafe was too crowded so we agreed to setup and play at his house cause he has a large table.
Upon arrival, he carried my stuff in for me(I’m the dm) and a cat walked out the front door and up to me. It was a literal “you’re my friend now” and I picked her up. I brought her inside, like gently squeezing her in a hug and kissing her head and such cuz she’s a lil cutie~<3 and he looks up and gets all upset and says “She’s almost same age as me and she attacks guests and family. I’m the only person she ever lets pet her and feed her. She rarely lets me pick her up. How?”
Anyways Phoebe’s a little cuddlebug around me when I arrive and I love her. I also spent the night at his place a few times and almost suffocated like half of them cuz she uses my face as a pillow ~_~ BUT SHE’S SO ADORABLE

I was cat-sitting for a friend, he had 7 cats in a countryside cottage. I turned up to do the 2 week stint and he told me I’d probably never see one of them because she was very shy. I woke up that night to her curled up on my chest.
I went to visit them again six months later and this little darling came charging at the door the second she heard my voice and was so pleased to see me.
