
I used to think discipline meant pushing myself harder every day.
But that never lasted.
What actually changed things for me was reducing distractions.
When focus became more automatic, I didn’t have to “try” as much.
There were fewer decisions, less resistance, and surprisingly more consistency.
It felt less like effort… and more like a system quietly working in the background.
I’m starting to feel like discipline isn’t about willpower at all.
It’s about making focus easier.
