
About 70 cm tall, this was the top of a statue probably 3.5-4.5 m high. You can still see traces of red and brown pigment where gold leaf used to be. There are holes in the ears for metal earrings and a pinhole on top for a crown. The face is deliberately stern and realistic, not idealized. The curls and headband link her to the goddess Isis, typical for Ptolemaic queens.
