While I’m fully willing to believe this happened. Lets be very clear, sworn testimony is basically meaningless in the US these days. People just do not get prosecuted for perjury like less than like 0.1% of documented cases of perjury get prosecuted, so you’re basically free to just lie under oath at least in the US with impunity.
The inmates are running the asylum. No part of the system can handle the case load they already have so prosecutors don’t add on more by going after even blatant lies. So anyone can basically say anything. “Expert” can be hired to say anything the prosecutor or defense wants, without risking their licenses or credentials. The system is just a joke.

If we’re being real the second Epstein was arrested in 2019 any evidence/blackmail he had on Trump that might have existed was secretly destroyed. There will never be a smoking gun that proves Trump raped kids released, certainly not in his lifetime at least. But it’s getting harder and harder to pretend he wasn’t guilty of at BEST knowing what Epstein was doing and just not saying anything to try and stop him. Which is also a crime.
