Not to argue the validity of this war but targeting rail infrastructure has been a valid way to wage war since there have been railroads.
Trains are some of the few ways to move mass quantities of equipment, supplies, and troops.

Since USA didnt present any evidence of drug smuggling with the Venezuela boats that they used military to blow up, nor that the crew on the boats shot at the American military. AND the fact that even after the boats were blown up, they shot again at the helpless men while in the water trying to clinge to the wreckage.
Shooting at entirely civilian infrastructure such as trains that arent used by military would constitute war crimes. But Bibi is already wanted for that so its not like that changes anything.

I don’t know if the term war crime has any meaning anymore. They haven’t declared a war, so it’s basically terrorism. They’re deliberately targeting civilians only, just as terrorists do.
