Incredible flower vase in a German painting from 1490. The ornament and the 5-pass opening have the shape of stylized lily blossoms, matching the actual flowers. Is anything like that preserved from the middle ages? [3120×4160]

About the closest I could find was a modern Hibiscus fluted vase , nothing else except in paintings
That ornamental precision in 1490. Meanwhile people now crinkle crisp packets during pivotal scenes at the Almeida.
There are examples with wavy / pinched openings, but nothing that ellaborate. [https://www.veniceclayartists.com/maiolica-italian-renaissance-ceramics/](https://www.veniceclayartists.com/maiolica-italian-renaissance-ceramics/)
Ok but why does that table have testicles?
