Maybe i am not qualified to talk about this , but i have been through some horrible shit but i think that its not that we dont talk about it , its just that its oart if life and it became a normal thing , car crash , being cheated on , hated by your family , having your secrets exposed , its just we dont ponder on it we just move on , those who talk about it , just keep making themselves seem like they are the only ones on this earth are suffering , so yeah , 👍👌💪

man this hits way too close to home 💀 been through some shit in the service and most people have no clue because i just dont talk about it. easier to focus on random stuff like perfecting my nail art or talking cars than unpacking all that baggage. your right though – the loudest people are usually the ones who’ve had it easiest while us quiet ones just keep pushing forward 😂

definitely true. some of the strongest people carry their struggles in silence while others seek attention for theirs. it’s a powerful reminder to check in on those quiet ones.

Often I’ve found the loud ones are also the ones who have self diagnosed.
Every one of us is going through something, don’t add more to your life.

Not good though is it? Talking about things helps. Stoicism only increases the pressure.

No one wants to hear your sob story. Oh no – you were cheated on. You got evicted. You had liver failure. Your wife almost died from an aneurysm. You got robbed. You got shot at. You got laid off. You had several miscarriages.
No one wants to hear that.
To be fair – no one wants to generally hear the super good stuff “Oh you’re a millionaire, good for you” “Oh you got a rolex or a porsche, how awesome” “Oh you travel around the world and go to movie premieres, how neat”
Generally people just want to ask “How’s it going” and hear “Fine, you?”
