    1. So out of anger and/or frustration… you repeatedly rammed a shopping cart into the door of your own car?

Bc you haven’t been held accountable for your actions in any type of meaningful way ever.

    3. What a pyscho. Histrionics, pure and simple. Don’t validate by giving OP attention.

Welllllll. Ok I’m not a therapist. But, the way you worded this…have you done this before? Or did you just hit a wall (mentally I mean) and took it out on the car?

      Honestly

Better your own than somebody else’s

At least you got it out…

      Talk to someone

By teen i’m going to assume either 18 or 19 either way, my friend hormones are a bastard no matter what way you cut it but you definitely got to work on some better coping strategies for your frustration.

It’s only a car, thank you for taking your frustrations out on your own car rather than someone else’s car.

Deep breath my dude, the world’s going crazy rn you’ll get better at managing it in time.

      Poor Subaru deserves better 🙁

Shame on you for not taking your anger out on a bmw or something else. Why you gotta hurt the Subaru like that?!

Looking at the world around us… yeah I understand how you could find yourself in a place where you could do something like this, especially if you’re in a red state in America. Was it rational or good? No, but you know that. If it’s within your reach, therapy can help. If not, do you have a support system? I think empathy would be more useful to you than shaming, even if you think that’ll help. I’ve been there, and unfortunately it just makes it worse.
