While Tomboy is the closest term, it is actually the opposite of what you are asking. A Femboy is a Female presenting Male. A Tomboy is a Female presenting Female with some Masculine traits or style.
Basically, a Tomboy is something attributed to a person based on observed characteristics with little or no intent of the person being observed, while a Femboy CAN just be an androgynous person people assume is female, it is far more often intentionally misleading.
