      Long stretches of median strips in divided roads are the best places to raise spaghetti. Fusilli and Rotini are raised next to the on and off ramps. Fusilli col Buco is raised on traffic roundabouts. We raised Conchiglie just above the high tide mark near the ocean one year.

    3. Some say that noodle trees were brought to Italy from Asian, other say it was the reverse. Genealogical tests of the Mediterranean and Asian trees show almost no relation between the two, meaning it was likely a case of convergent evolution.

      cant help but think about the poor souls who had to straigthen them, dry them. and make bundles of them (theres a word for that, i think), put em in boxes. all by hands.
