In 2013, a Turkish man locked his head in a cage to quit smoking. His wife only unlocked it for meals

Looks like his wife broke his smoking arm too to make sure he can’t hold cigarettes in between his fingers

but did it work ? I smoked for almost 20 years, I tried a few time to stop but only lasted a about 24 hours.
Then I contracted a mortgage for a home and lied to the insurance saying I wasn’t a smoker, then came the day they might test me. my plan was to quit 7 days prior to the test, to my surprise after the few days the only time I was missing a cigarette was the moment i had habits to smoke one, once I lost the habit I never want to smoke again, expect when I drink 😀

    3. Fun “fact”:

If you don’t address the psychological mechanisms behind your addiction, you are either going to start smoking again, or stay smoke-free but miserable. **IF** you don’t address the psychological mechanisms.

      Ask me how I know.

      PS:

The AA equivalent is known as the “dry drunk.” Meaning, though sober, you are “white-knuckling” your way through sobriety daily, all the while wishing you could still drink. You gotta do the work if you wanna be happy.

I quit nicotine this month on the 11th and I gotta say that cage would have definetly helped on the first 3 days

Dude was unfaithful and his oral game was too strong, he was getting a reputation with the ladies so his wife had to put a stop to it…..because you 1000% can smoke through that

    6. How many times did he stick a cigarette into the end of a straw to sneak a smoke?

And did she also break his arm?
