So does someone who is “in dire need” of a bathroom, if the bathroom they use is the only one that is reasonably available at the time.”
So it’s not about keeping women’s spaces safe from “men” because there are exceptions up and down here. From groups that do actually assault women. It’s literally just trans people that they target. Because I doubt the dire need or assisting a child exceptions will be accepted if the person is also trans. There are not swear words strong enough for this shit.

I know transphobes always say “yoU CaN tElL” but you really often cannot tell what parts someone was born with or even currently has by looking at them. And judging by who “transvestigators” call out (any woman with bone structure, any man with a weak chin), neither can they.
This is terrible enough for its impact on trans people, but cis people that don’t comply with social norms for feminine and masculine as well will suffer for this and they know it. They long for the days when women wore a frock and put on lippy to leave the house.

A convicted felon is president
Government corruption is rampant
Lawmakers are shamelessly enriching themselves
Not a single man is in jail for crimes outlined in the Epstein files
US troops are dying in the Middle East during operation Epstein Bury
Those all need to be addressed first before we start worrying about transgender folks (like 0.2 % of the population)

Can someone explain to me this obsession with gendered bathrooms? I have one bathroom at home, and men and women both use it without issues. So whats the deal? The only arguement I’ve heard is “oh they will be sexually assualting people in the bathrooms!” which is quite frankly absurd. Anyone who is going to do something like that obviously isn’t going to stop because the sign says no. Why do Republicans care so much about who is taking a dump in the stall next to them that its worth potential jail time?
