Of course the DUI hire somehow has a problem with qualified minorities for positions that he couldn’t ever achieve. He must assume that every other candidate for jobs must be as unqualified as he’s been for every position he’s had after almost braining a passerby with a throwing axe on live T.V. but knowing the current administration and the hiring standards they’ve implemented it probably is what cinched him the job.
