So many of you don’t understand the hierarchy of a kitchen brigade.. Gordon is still a young chef here not a head chef or owner yet. He’s learning under Marco and if you know Marco’s history you know why he was known as the Devil in the kitchen.

If you ever worked the kitchen you know that your job is to shut the fuck up and say “yes/no chef”,the time your part of the dish is going to be ready and “coming through” or oop so your team knows your running behind them and the only one that should be speaking anything other than those things is the Head chef (which is Marco Pierre in this case).
