The person at mastermindTOYS probably designed the label without asking where it would be manufactured. Then they forgot/didn’t update it.

To add to the fun, the bar code is for Gourmet Salsa, according to Google AI
The bar code country code is 410, which is in Germany. But I doubt that.

i had a toy like this as a kid and i swear “made in city, county” sounds exactly like the kind of place my parents would say we were going when they didn’t want me asking more questions 😭 honestly it makes it feel less manufactured and more like it just appeared out of nowhere one day and we all agreed not to question it

Interesting that the ball has texture everywhere on it except where this label is at.

HAHA! I worked in packaging that’s a production artist who didn’t utilize their FPO spot color when their COO info was TBD. And it wasn’t caught by QC because reasons.

55 yrs ago, balls like this were manufactured in our little town in southern Ontario. On Mondays they always dropped a truckload of reject balls off at the dump. When school let out there was always a race to grab up any neat looking balls that had been disposed of. They were always off balanced or slightly out of round, etc. You should have seen some of the kicks the kids mastered to put really bizarre bends on the balls to score goals during pickup soccer at recess.
