Il mercato non cerca piu' titoli, ma prove di adattamento. In un mondo che si rigenera ogni diciotto mesi, la tua vera laurea e' la capacita' di disimparare per evolvere ogni giorno. Rimanere ancorati a vecchie nozioni significa diventare obsoleti in tempi record.
Smetti di collezionare certificati e inizia a sviluppare competenze fluide.

While I agree that using any and all opportunities to learn new skills and grow as a person makes you a valuable asset…
For ‘some’ reason this feels like pushing AI agenda. And if anything, AI only makes you less capable, because you rely on a (more often than not) faulty software instead of actually learning how to deal with a problem.
If it’s not, carry on. I then apologise in advance for wrong assumption.
