about cruel and unusual punishment. This is also why prisons do not work. We stopped thinking about rehabilitation and started laughing when men get raped. This is a huge reason why there was a high rate to recidivism, especially by sex offenders.

Did you know rapidly escalating number of states have trans people in prison/jail be cut off from hrt, effectively forcing any trans person who ends up their to be detransitioned against their will, and for any trans person who has had their sex organs removed this will lead to a slow and painful death.
This alone is dehumanizing and disgusting, but for trans people incarcerated based off of their b1ological sex instead of their gender identity the two most common outcomes for incarcerated trans people is either to spend their entire sentence in SOLITARY CONFINEMENT (not even the most violent criminals spend their entire time in solitary), or they are PIMPED OUT by the guards to either the inmates or the other guards (where they are raped almost daily). This is called V-coding.
With increasing laws criminalizing simply being trans and having a heartbeat at the same time this is the outcome they want, every trans person rounded up, forcibly detransitioned, raped 24/7, and then left in complete isolation, so that no trans person leave alive.
