For Context, I live in Hamilton NZ where theres a massive hot air balloon festival every year. However, I thought the festival was over and I dont live that close to where thr balloons normally are.
When I woke up this morning I was surprised to learn that the park I live next to was a part of a competition. The balloons would travel over and drop a flag. The closest flag to the target in the middle of the field wins a prize.
