
The Jethavanaramaya Stupa in Sri Lanka, made using 93.3 million bricks was 122 meters tall when it was completed (3rd century) and held the title for the world’s 3rd tallest man-made structure at one point. It was renovated to its current height of 71 meters in the 12th century [5981×3364]

It was built in the reign of King Mahasen.
The whole construction took 15 years and required a skilled workforce of hundreds, including brickyard workers, bricklayers and stonemasons.
A very elaborate description of the construction has been written in the Mahawamsa and some information is in the above link.
Fun Fact:- The foundation of the Stupa is 8.5 meters deep.
