What do I think of Kirk? I don’t. There is no space in my mind for him but what I didn’t do was slander him when he passed.
My rule is that you don’t have to mourn the person…you don’t even need to like them, but you do have to respect the life that was lost. I’m not a good person. Not by any stretch of the word, but if this one thing makes me a little less shitty, then it’s worth it.
