My father had been using his soviet-issued driving licence well into 2010s because he really doesn’t like change and it was still considered valid (he changed his passport immediately, though).

so…. this is just a case of “i could not care less what’s written on that paper” ,
or do i miss something here?
she just didn’t care at all and until today the state didn’t know her
In my documents it still says i have a citizenship of the ussr. Just like my dad. Tho i was born much after the fall of the ussr and i never been there
