Uh the vast majority of stuff at the grocery store is displayed at 4 feet or lower.
That would be torture for someone almost 8 feet tall i would think.

I worked at a library with a guy who was 7’4″. He had Marfan’s.
They painted a mural in the children’s section and had kids dip their hands in paint to leave a handprint on the wall, then had this tall guy leave a row of his enormous handprints up next to the ceiling.
They had a few of the Harlem Globetrotters come in and do a program for the kids, I still have a photo somewhere of him towering over them.

I mean I hope it works out for the big fella but historically you can be too tall for ball. At his height his mobility is severely restricted compared to shorter centers. Ball handling and soft touch, both increasingly more important for his position will be harder due to his height. That’s why taller players with god like athleticism or strength like Giannis, Jokic, Wemby, or AD are so prized. They’re tall but powerful enough, or skilled enough that they overcame the shortcomings of their massive frames.
