    1. There were periods in the interwar where the German National Socialists used “fascist” as an insult because fascism was associated with – the then unfriendly – Italy and with clerical fascism, whereas the Nazi leadership was much more anti-Christian. Jünger would fall into this category: really thought war was great, but wasn’t keen on National Socialist racial theories and rabble rousing.

If you think about it, fascism is fascism’s biggest enemy because all it desires is control and superiority over others. In the current state of things, it’s obvious how’s it panned out so far, eventually they’ll be the butt of jokes, beyond parody of themselves and still think they are somehow superior or even remotely competent.

During the vote to oust Mussolini, the president of the Chamber and Fasces and Corporations, Dino Grandi, who called for the vote, carried a pair of grenades under his jacket in case things went south

Fascist infighting outjerking leftist infighting means the nazi’s can finally hold a W.

    5. The greatest enemies of any extremist ideology are fellow adherents of the same extremist ideology, with the caveat that none of them view their fellow adherents as “fellow”.

    6. Imagine being so bad at fascism, you get voted out as a leader of a fascist state. Somebody definitely didn’t get the memo

    7. This is actually very poignant because fascism is both supportive of existing power structures while also being historically extremely self destructive.

    8. I know that this is a joke. But I do feel obliged to mention that Stalin was a facist who just used the façade of communism to propegate his own agenda.

    9. You could swap words conservative and communist with fascist and the meme would still be true
