    1. There are *so* many scams on the page, I don’t know where to start. It makes me feel a little better that I had three older, jaded sisters and a tightwad mother; I would have totally bought one of those.

If I get several of these, can I get a pet monkey with a he-man voice who rides a mini bike?

    3. There have been other sub Reddits where people go into their experiences with the monkeys.
      None were good.

I was a fairly savvy kid so I knew a lot of the items in the small ads in my Avengers comic were scams, though I did send away for a couple.

The monkey one baffled me. It was a lot more expensive than most of the products, but I still thought it had to be a scam.

Then I heard this episode of [Jonathan Goldstein’s Wiretap](https://open.spotify.com/episode/5M9aGJeUtqHhkLX1DM7MgX) podcast. He talks to a guy who actually ordered—and got—a monkey. Wiretap frequently blurs the line between fact and fiction, but this one had a ring of truth to it.

Geez, Gold coins for 75 cents!

Wish I would have bought a bunch of them!

      Lol.
