    1. My counsin’s aunt’s friend’s brother-in-law was there 300 years ago and ge said it was actually 1 million rebels vs 10 soldiers including the king

      The king obviously won

    2. I always lul at the hundreds of thousands/millions of warriors in a bronze/iron/steel wave of death …

Look, battles are won by infantry, WARS are won by logistics. If you have to stop and forage for food the entire time, the lead of the army will eat and everybody behind will starve. Each man needs half to 3/4 gallon of water and roughly 2000 cal of food per day. A single grunt can not manage to carry every scrap of food and drop of water AND their armor, weapons, ammunition [arrows, sling stones, bullets and powder …] and remain an effective force and not every single soldier will have a pack mule … and still walk 10 to 20 miles per day. Hells bells, when traveling with horses, one travels 3 days then knocks off for at least a day or one risks killing the poor beasties.

    3. Oh yeah? Well how did a measly eight thousand soldiers drink an entire river dry, smart guy?

I don’t get these ancient Chinese wars with 780 morbillion casualties. Like, were there even that many people on the continent?

Damn right. Now listen to the exact words of the two hour speech the general gave before the battle.

The confusion comes from the fact the 20k was only there to kill the 8k. The remaining 392k were killed solely by the general so he could level grind to 99.
