    1. “Pitchfork only like rappers who crazy or hood man” – Childish Gambino (this is not in any way an endorsement of Jack Harlow, just shitting on Pitchfork)

      >[Pitchfork is hot garbage](https://pitchfork.com/reviews/albums/8104-lateralus/), and basically exists for indie rock hipster wankstains to spread in an orgy of self-congratulatory bullshit.

Edit to add: I’m not a fan of JH or anything, but I’m listening to the new album rn. So far I kind of like 02 – Lonesome and 05 – Move Along.

Time to rebrand. I think funk could be his sweet spot.

      James Beige?

      Martin Goy?

Gotta say, music reviews mean the least to me

As a metal enjoyer, I’m used to liking niche music and shit that sounds borderline unlistenable to a majority of people

Ears are the most individual sense I think and gotta let yourself be the judge

    5. I’ve seen all this dumbass Jack Harlow news this week only to find out NOW that he named the album Monica??? I’ve seen enough, he needs to go

The number one thing I think of when someone mentions a pitchfork review is how often they have to re-review an album they shat on after it’s universally agreed that they fucked up.

    7. > Dua Lipa, I’m tryna do more with her than do a feature
*I checked the web, they out here chewin’ me up, fuck it*
Fadeaway, I lift that Luka knee up, bucket
I heard from someone you said you could be us, nothing

Also not endorsing this album but at least homeboy is self aware

Tbh I only know of the release because of the backlash. I’d rather it not be on my radar and I miss it entirely

The memes are hilarious but they don’t stop me from enjoying this album. Completely shocked his team let him go in this direction but I like the production and overall execution of his “singing”.
