    1. OMG I so want that. The one thing that prevents me from eating more mangos is the hassle and absolute mess of cutting around the hard center.

I genuinely think mango is the best fruit summer can offer, nothing comes even close to it

Can I get these in Indonesia?

What’s the price comparison compared to a normal seeded mango?

*The Mahachanok (or Maha Chanok) (Thai: มหาชนก) mango is a cultivar of mango grown primarily in Thailand. The Mahachanok is a hybrid cultivar of Sunset and Nang Klanwan,[1] developed[when?] in Chiang Mai.[2] It is also grown in Australia, where it has been grafted onto existing Kensington Pride trees.[3]*

*The fruit of the Mahachanok mango tree is very elongated and curved, with a typical weight between 250 and 370 grams.[2] It turns yellowish–orange with pink blush when ripe, and is one of the most popular varieties in Thailand for eating ripe (as opposed to green).[1] The stone of the fruit is long and thin, so a high proportion of the fruit is flesh rather than stone, and the taste has been praised as highly desirable.[1][2]*

I was curious how a possibly seedless fruit can propagate and as expected, grafting is the answer.

    5. Looked seedless to me. How similar is the flavor to the average Mango sold in the US?

Reminds me of my grandmother eating mango in the kitchen with a towel on her shoulder in between feeding us meals

This looks really delicious. It’s better not handled with bare hands though. Mangos are sumac family and its peel often gives allergy.

Someone please tell me this thing tastes terrible.  Because otherwise the envy I’m going to feel about having no access to this in America will be annihilating.

You don’t realize how tasteless North American food is until you go to SE Asia, it’s incredible.
